To prioritize and search your mail, Lumen Mail keeps a synchronized copy on its servers, over a secure connection and with your tokens encrypted. It is never used to train any AI model — ours or our providers'. Disconnect your account and that copy is deleted.

Does Lumen Mail send emails on its own?
Never. The AI generates drafts and suggestions, but nothing leaves your account without you reviewing and confirming the send.
Which email accounts work?
At launch, Gmail accounts (one or several), brought together in a single unified inbox. Other providers will come in later phases.
Are my emails used to train AI?
No. Your mail is never used to develop, improve, or train any AI model — ours or our providers'. The AI companies we use process your messages under terms that forbid training on them, and personalization stays inside your own account.
Do I have to pay to use it?
Reading your inbox and manual triage are free. The AI features — voice, semantic search, and advanced prioritization — are part of Lumen Mail Pro, with a free trial.
